If you return any item and the final purchase amount is less than £79, you will need to pay the corresponding shipping costs.

Shipping and delivery times

Orders are processed until 14:00. Orders placed after this time will be prepared on the next working day.

Delivery times

  1. Peninsular Spain: 24/72 working hours, provided that the product is in our warehouse.
  2. Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2/4 working days, subject to availability in our warehouse.

⚠ Important: If the payment is made via bank transfer or Bizum, the order will be dispatched once we have received the amount in our account. To expedite the process, you can send us the payment receipt by email to info@alvarezriveira.com .

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated during the final purchase process and may vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

1.Free shipping

  1. Available for orders over €79 as long as the product is available in our online store.
  2. Valid only for shipments to mainland Spain.
  3. If you return any item and the final purchase amount is less than €79, you will need to pay the corresponding shipping costs.

2. Transport companies

We work with Correos Express, SEUR, TIPSA, and CTT Express to ensure fast and secure shipping. Additionally, for deliveries in Galicia, we also have the service of Disgon Urgent Transport.

3. Delivery of the order

Once your purchase is confirmed, Álvarez Riveira will send the products to the address provided in the order form. Deliveries are not made to PO boxes or public places (public roads, squares, stations, airports, etc.).

⚠ Possible delays

In exceptional cases, delays or cancellations may occur due to stock shortages or logistical issues. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment Methods

At Álvarez Riveira, we offer you various secure payment methods to facilitate your purchases in our online store.

You can also make the payment via bank transfer.

4. Payment via Google Pay

We allow quick and secure payments via Google Pay from compatible devices, using cards or payment methods previously set up in your Google account.

5. Payment via Apple Pay

Available for compatible Apple devices. Allows for immediate and secure payments using the payment methods stored in Apple Wallet.


Returns Policy

The goods supplied under a firm order may not be returned without the prior written consent of Álvarez Riveira S.L.

1. The following conditions will apply: 

  • Returns must be requested within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the order.

  • The items must be in the same condition as when they were sold.

2. Refund

  • Once the return is accepted, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The estimated time for the refund of the amount is 2 to 5 working days, depending on the payment method.

3. Return costs


  • The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the buyer, except in the following cases:-Producto en garantía

  • In any of these cases, the customer may send the package by their own means or, if they prefer, Álvarez Riveira S.L. can manage the collection, applying the usual shipping fee.

 

⚠ Shipments with the "Free Shipping" promotion

If you have taken advantage of the free shipping promotion and subsequently return an item, the final amount of the purchase will be recalculated. If after the return the order falls below €79, you will need to pay the corresponding shipping costs.
